    It measures the social performance of a financial institution and the extent to which it is in line, in general terms, with the international standards of social performance management (Social Performance Task Force - SPTF), ESG Standards (Environmental Management, Social Responsibility and Governance) and Customer Protection.

    It favors the institution’s reputation and image, as well as the diversification of funding from creditors seeking a double return (financial and social).
