MicroRate Internship Program

MicroRate seeks qualified graduate and undergraduate talent for the spring, summer and winter semesters. We offer long-term, part-time and full-time internship openings and remain flexible to accommodate students’ schedules. Please note that all internships are unpaid. As MicroRate operates globally, multilingual students are highly encouraged to apply. Individuals with web and computer skills as well as finance experience and strong excel or database skills, are also highly encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and strong writing skills are required. Resumes are accepted year-round for the MicroRate Internship Program. While most internships are hosted at MicroRate’s headquarters in the Washington, DC metro area, internships with our international branches are also available on a limited basis. Please include the words “Internship Inquiry” in the subject of your email and mention the dates and hours that you are available. If you wish to apply for an internship in one of our international offices, please also specify which country office you would like to intern for in the subject line of your email. If you have a passion for microfinance and are fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic, MicroRate could use your help.
